On hot summer days like the ones we've had lately I crave a cool creamy chocolate milkshake. The great thing about this recipe is that it uses real chocolate so you can easily change the flavor whenever you want. Today I'm going to show you how to make it with our caramelized hazelnuts and milk chocolate bar, Noisette.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 ounces milk chocolate (or 1/2 of our Noisette Milk Chocolate Bar)
- 1 cup ice cream (chocolate or vanilla is preferred)
- Frangelico hazelnut liqeur to taste, optional
Put the chocolate in a pan with half of the milk. Heat on low heat and stir continuously until melted. Take off heat and allow to cool. Once the chocolate is cool add to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend. Enjoy!
